Twillingate is delightful! Enjoying the Icebergs daily as they change, move on or disappear. The scenery is enjoyable. There is music and entertainment to enjoy.
Monday night it was a dinner theater with Newfie Humor and skits.
Tuesday night was a popular local group – “Split Peas”. Split Pea Soup is a traditional dinner made with a bit of meat, yellow peas, plenty of carrots and turnips – sometimes serve with a dumpling. But sidetracked --- the Split Peas were very enjoyable!
Of course there was an “Ugly Stick” (rhythm maker) and some “Mummers” (dressed up with Masks)
And during the day, time to check on those icebergs and enjoy the pleasant views.

I hope you didn't have to eat that soup.
The Split Peas performers were great. And we've also eaten good pea soup, Jan!
